A:  For bamboo and hardwood, you can select up to two different colors and types. A third color/type will require an extra fee. For laminate, you can select up to 10 different patterns and styles.

A:  Each product has an estimated production time. Depending on the market demand and scarcity of the product, the time frame may change during the course of the year. Prior to ordering, you will be given an estimated time of production and delivery. 45 to 60 days is about the average time from production to delivery to North America.

A:  Custom colors for Bamboo and Hardwood flooring are possible, but require a non-refundable deposit to cover costs associated with producing the desired color. Many other colors that are not listed are available. Chances are, we already have the color you are looking for available. If not, then we will create it for you.

A:  Matte is no gloss at all. It is most commonly used on Bamboo and Laminate. Semi-Gloss, also known as Satin, is smooth with a slight shine. Double Semi-Gloss was created by BTC and is in between Semi-Gloss and High-Gloss, and is a favorite amongst retail customers for hardwood. High-Gloss is very shiny as if the floor had recently been waxed. In general, the shinier the floor, the more evident minor scratches are.
